Well, I just found out that Russell did have a court appearance in MO on 12/27.  All they did was order him transferred to TX.

Wow, so it's only taken two weeks to "transfer" him?  So speedy!

Prediction for court:  Time served.

He's still not in Waco yet, as far as I can determine, but they have set a court appearance at Waco Federal Court Jan. 17th, 14:00.
