They certainly knew where he was exactly one month earlier... in their jail. Wherefrom they released him on PR bond, and no instructions about a court date.

Note the conditions, page 2. No court date was noted.

There was an arraignment order on 8/5/11 setting 8/11/11 as the arraignment date.

You know, sometimes I get annoyed at his constant chatter, but going from spending every moment of every day with him, working together, eating together, showering together even.....to being entirely alone....it's kind of a harsh transition.

So no news on when feds are picking Russell up.  I got a mailing address...was going to try and get a letter to him before he gets the diesel treatment.  I'm in Kansas City, so shouldn't take long to get there.

The lady at the jail said they're a federal holding facility, so he could be there while they decide what to do with him.    So he could probably get mail sent to him at this place.

Found out this morning that Russell's arrest will cost us $1600 cause the company is canceling his truck lease.
