There's another thing they can charge Russell with... 'participating in an unregulated activity'.

Well they have convinced me...

I've set up a tentative facebook event for the court appearance.

If some of us were to invite our central texas facebook friends to the event, that might get us somewhere.

I see that Anthony Buehler already responded. I invited a couple more Austin-area friends.

I'm so sorry for what you're being put through, Kat.  It's just petty and mean that they don't allow Russell to speak to you by phone, so you at least know where he is.  >:(  Hang in there; you'll get him back eventually.

I had a very odd dream last night about this topic.  I was flipping through TV channels and Russell's trial was on live.  Only in my dream they had a table full of guns and they were arguing that he was charged with owning them all.  He was arguing that he was on trial for chalking the building but they didn't want to listen.  His defense lawyer was able to argue that since none of the bullets fit any of the guns there was nothing wrong and they finally let him go.

What was really odd was the bullets were these large glass looking bullets like what Hellboy had in the first movie.

Really unusual dream and I have no idea what it means (maybe that I'm lurking too much on this forum).  Another funny point from it was when Russell's lawyer was going all OJ trail saying "if the bullets don't fit you must acquit" and when the judge agreed that the bullet's not fitting was enough to let Russell go he started calling the prosecutor Bevis, yelling out things like "Let him go Bevis!"

What kind of chalk did Russell use?

I want to write a letter to the company.
