The patriot is Terry Bressi. Terry runs the website www.checkpointusa.org. Some of you already know his story and case against the police-government. Terry was accosted at a border patrol roadblock 10 years ago and recently settled his lawsuit. He successfully defended himself in court against another bogus charge awhile back.

This time it's--you guessed it--another bogus citation. Terry will be in court Monday July 1. I just sent him a quick email wishing him good luck. I've talked with Terry on the phone and have had much correspondence with him. There's just about no other guy you want on your side in a serious fight. Terry is gut tough and stands for what he believes.

Terry can be reached at roadblock@checkpointusa.org. You can also leave an anonymous message on his site without registering. I'm sure just a simple "good luck" will give him motivation.

Not sure if Terry has posted on here before.  He is from New England originally (Vermont or Maine?), so that is possible.
