Most the properties will sell for less than $50,000 because as you can see from the photos they are in bad shape. There probably will be one or two properties that sell for less than $15,000. All of the properties are located in Grafton, NH, which has the highest per-capita concentration of FSP movers in the state of New Hampshire. There are more than 30 movers to Grafton and about 1,300 people in town, about 300 of which regularly vote.
