<<The news is that the Town won't let me register my car because my dogs aren't licensed!!  Actually, I did mail my money and paper work to the Town over a week ago to license the dogs, but I guess they can't "find" it !!  I'm sure it is sitting on someone's desk, but meantime - no car for me !

Barbara has until the 3rd of Feb. to announce that she and her dogs are running for Selectmen or Zoning.  I think her chief antogonist on the ZBA is up for re-election.

Why not both? She can run for Selectment and the dogs can have Zoning.

What's up with having to license dogs?  Is this a local thing? Or is it commonplace in NH?  What exactly is the "license" for?  In rural Georgia, where I am presently, dogs must have rabies shots & tags, but I've never heard of a dog having to be licensed...

It means you have to get a permission slip from the govenment to get a puppy and then ever so often you have to get new permission slips to keep your puppy.

Why does it matter? Do you plan on getting a permission slip?

I will be moving with two dogs and I don't plan on getting any permission slips.

I finished with permission slips when I graduated from High School.
