Sorry I had to work . . .

WELCOME HOME TO THE KEYES FAMILY!

Lloyd Danforth

I'm glad about the keyes too!  After I left, I stopped once for gas and didn't stop for another hour and a half at the Charlton rest stop on the Mass. Pike.  I got out of the truck and could barely walk!  We've got to move all the Porcs in before I get too old to help.
Next move, that I'm aware of, is Pat Mccotter, my roomie in Rochester, who joined us at the Hampton zoning meeting.  He and his wife Gloria are moving too Concord soon.
Welcome Keyes!

The FSP movement just seems more real and permanent every time someone moves their family and possessions to NH. 8)

Yes, it sure does.  The FSP is evolving and changing.  These are people that I met at last year's Porcfest, and it feels like family and friends that are making the move for liberty.  It's downright inspiring to the rest of us!   :o

I want to see that listing on the home page at www.FreeStateProject.org  (321 in New Hampshire) as of 2/1/05 change - are all the movers sending in official noitification to the FSP?

Yeah, I'd appreciate it if you gave my hand back now, Dave.

Yikes!!!  Is that what that was?

Kat Kanning

I figure people need a while to get unpacked, computers set up and stuff before they can update their info on the FSP site.  Then we'll see some new numbers up there :)

Russell Kanning

Hopefully they will also do a "We made the move" article for the FSP website soon....but people get swamped by their move. We are trying to talk up all the movers here and post pictures since the movers themselves have no time. :)

Lloyd Danforth

The Keyes should have everything unpacked and their house in order in a day or two. :o ;D :o ;D 8)

A day or two??? Yikes you're funny Lloyd!!!   You all saw the state of that house when we moved in! We had to clean for the entire first week! 1-800-GOT-JUNK? came and hauled away an ENTIRE truckload of the sellers' crapola!!

Then I had a baby shower to attend in the neighborhood (while meeting all the neighbors and telling them all about FSP of course!) and get the girlies off to school and not to mention it was Lexi's 5th birthday 5 days after we moved in!

So....ok, more than two days...

BUT!!!

Thanks sooooooo much to everyone who helped us move in and make it less emotional for me. I was rather wrecked upon first seeing the state of the home, but after everyone started coming in, I was cured! People had that truck unloaded (piano and all!) in about 40 minutes. Then on to the beer, wine and pizza!!

There is nothing like FINALLY being here and being able to (at first only a little bit...) be involved in what all is going on here. We have since attended a Meet and Greet which was super and the Merrimack Porcs Meeting (only Bradley and Tessa 6 1/2 went) and they were both inspiring to know we are even more a part of the action than before.

Now, you can all come see what progress we have managed in our home since the move in, with the next Meet and Greet at our house on Saturday March 5th  6:00 until ???
(if you want to see the view, you may want to come earlier!)  Remember folks, we just moved in and nothing is really done yet, but as I learned on move-in day, it is the PEOPLE who count, not the nice stuff. Besides, how can we compare to Karl's digs????!!!!!

Hugs to all and see you soon!
Margot

How early would be ok Margot? We would like to come a little early...we can even help out a bit.
We need to get an early start home .....since it is a long drive. We will let Dave do the sleeping over. 8)

Margot Keyes

OK folks - I really didnt't want to hog everyone's Saturday with coming to our house, but it seems like lots of folks want to come early for one reason or the other. So any time after 2:00 is cool with us!

We decided Mother Nature dealt us a blow in getting out to places, so we are forgoing doing alot more with the house this week. Food, Friends and Fun- that's all we need!!!

Cheers!
