I think Starbucks was just mad because (even though it is by far the largest coffee chain in the world) it has been unable to crack the NH coffee market with DD all over the place.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - In a rare setback for the company that made "Frappuccino" a household word, a federal judge ruled that a small New Hampshire coffee roaster can keep selling its "Charbucks" brand coffee beans, following a nearly decade-long legal battle with Starbucks Corp.

I guess you could say I'm drinking Starbucks right now, as I mix Sumutra with Folger's Gourmet in my pot.

Neither one gets much of my money. I don't like Starbuck's coffee and only drink it in an emergency. I really like DD coffee but am too cheap to go out for coffee.

Actually, I use an alarm clock (up to 3 of them) to wake me up.  If I had less than 4 hours of sleep the previous night, I usually have an energy drink.
