Cops Joke About Kicking Amputee's 'Nub' at California Marijuana Dispensary, Video Shows

After the end of prohibition the cops just change the name of the department they work for and they will still be able to menace. Just like the alcohol enforcement goes after bootlegging and moonshining. Some of the stories I've seen of the very aggressive ABC cops, reminds me that the shortest path of tax and regulate might lead to bigger long term issues.
