How much would it cost to remove and reinstall these plants?

They would need to be out of the ground 30 days, in April.

Nothing if you do it yourself.  I worked for a landscaper 40 years ago and the key was to excavate and burlap wrap the whole root "ball" without breaking it.  It might behoove you to find a knowledgeable gardener to tell you about how big to expect each ball to be to guide you in your excavations.

Probably back in faster than the digging out and putting them in the shade. But, as you know I'm not that good a estimating. But I am flexible to keep folks happy and feeling like they got their moneys worth.
