This week's Concord Hippo has an article titled "Taxes no longer sure." Russell is featured in it. Did not see it online.

They called asking about anyone that thought the income tax was unconstitutional. I told them what I knew and thought about income taxes.

Nobodys sure, it seems he went in swimming and either didn't see or, ignorred the 'caution Hippos" sign.
