Nashua Porcupine Central: URGENT Need for Renters!

Hello, everyone.

If you're looking for a place to live in the Nashua area, this is the place to be. 

I am now alone, renting space in a large home in Brookline, and urgently need to find others to rent space here with me or the landlord may be forced to sell the entire property.

My goal is to create a miniature "Nashua-area Porcupine Central" with 3-5 other Porcupines / libertarians.  With more people, the rent and expenses will be lower for all of us.  Rooms vary in size, but this is a home, so you'll be renting use of the entire home and the property.  Initially, rent will be 500 per month per bedroom plus a portion of home expenses equal to how many rooms are being rented.  If we exceed 3 total bedrooms rented (2 plus my own), then costs will be lowered for all of us after that point.

This is a LARGE, 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an external office room in its own building on a 5-acre property in a very nice rural area.  Prior tenants have raised animals on the property.

Also, if anyone's visiting New Hampshire and needs a place to stay for a few days, I am willing to host them for a low fee.

The house is about 10-13 minutes from hwy 101.  I'm only going to give the address out to seriously interested parties and request that it otherwise be kept absolutely confidential.  I'll try to get some pictures of it up here for you soon.

I'm visiting NH in July and might visit Nashua and need a place to stay. I don't know what my exact plans are yet, but it will most likely be sometime in between 1-14 of july. I'll let you know when my plans are a bit more precise.

This seems to be the time of year for complete life upheavel.  I'm sorry to here it.  Do all men just go crazy around this time of year?  This is the third relationship bust in as many weeks, including mine.
