S.I. Swimsuit Issue

Friday

It's that time of year, when I check out the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue while eating something that Heidi Klum would never allow to pass her lips (e.g. Pepperidge Farm, Ben & Jerry's, frozen pizza...)  I feel it's important to keep up to date with the standards the American male judges me against.  ;) Is it just me, or is this a particularly good issue? The girls are smiling and look healthy and beautiful. They were looking a little skanky last year.  Heidi Klum looks AMAZING in the centerfold.

hey-hey-HEY! What are you doing RELAXING? You're on the BOARD now! Get busy!

;D

Pat K

I am sure Sandy was just doing important research, when she happend to glance at that article.

Now if she could get one of those fine Lasses to get an FSP tattoo, WOW
what a PR coup that would be.

Sandy, your first act on the board should be hiring PatK for PR. Tat of a porcupine right on Heidi's heinie. That's fine thinking, by gum!

Kevin, I did some checking, and I'm afraid that Heidi's heinie is not within the FSP's advertising budget.   :sherlock:

Actually, I was watching "Octopussy" a few days ago (the James Bond movie featuring a secret organization of beautiful female smugglers (God I love James Bond)); I wonder if it's within the realm of possibility to get a group of Liberty Ladies to get little matching Porcupine tattoos?  Maybe we could even submit photos of a group shot to the various tattoo magazines and websites.  I know at least four Liberty Ladies are inky; not sure about the others.

I'm sure my wife would not do a tattoo. I also would not want to upset her by buying my first SI in years just for the babes. On the other hand, we both enjoyed watching ice dancing at the Olympics, and Tanith Belbin is gorgeous.

LOL  I try not to notice what I'm being judged against since I can only look as good as my natural assets allow.  Thank God men find women in general attracktive and not JUST the model types!

We've long planned for Mary to get a smiley face as her first, one of these days (it's an inside joke). Not sure when it will happen. But a porcupine on the other cheek, so to speak, might help balance it out.

I might have to look for the swimsuit issue. I'm fortunate in that Mary appreciates the female form just as much as I do. Everyone, straight or not, male, or not, appreciates feminine beauty.

Here's something educational when it comes to what you see in national magazines:

Look at the portfolio, and mouse over for a before/after comparison.

This is going to be part of Sarah's education, so that she understands what not to compare herself to.
