Hidden taxes within EZpass

One of the ladies on this forum, when they started to shut down the exact change lanes started going thru the EZ Pass lanes abd throwing the correct change at the wall.

Wasn't somebody also throwing the tokens?

Back when they were still taking tokens I'd often see people miss the basket or have it not register that they put money in... if there are cars behind them toll collectors would often just yell to them to just drive off.  That says to me they aren't caring too much about people who at least toss something into the basket before driving away.
