Got a letter from the court officially cancelling the hearing on the 5th.
So what does this mean?

Lloyd Danforth

The hearing was about who could or couldn't represent them.  They now have representation that the powers that be are accepting

In regards to Tunga's quote, I agree that is what an affidavit or signed declaration should be. It is identical if not substantially the same as what I submitted. Further, I know lawyers use what I wrote and it is customary to just sign it and not have it signed by a notary. If I were going to try and represent Kat I would have argued that my way was completely acceptable and not grossly incompetent or whatever else the court thought it was.

Russell Kanning

Our trail date has been pushed back to June 1st.
I am sure the trial will be at 8:15am NHRT so bring your free speech t-shirts to the Manchester District Court.

Russell Kanning

The lawyer said they may even lessen the charges so there would be no appealing.

Kat Kanning

No.  His name is Larry Vogelman.

I will put in my request for the death penalty ..... we could use the media coverage.

Tunga
