Hmmmm... isn't the State, being one of the parties, frequently represented by police prosecutors who aren't attorneys?

Do the courts not follow the law in this regard?

having called manch pd and the SS i'm wondering is there anyone else we should call?   a prosecutor, maybe to inform them of the stink we are going to make?
