What about the judge who stormed out of the courtroom when he didn't like the "not guilty" verdict?

... Who do these judges think they are, anyway?

It's not who they think they are, it's who are the beholden too?

Blackmail is the word that comes to mind. Should Judges be allowed to plead the 5th?

QuoteSince the Congress just voted to raise the cap on the National Debt ... I seriously doubt they are trying to contract the money supply.

do you know what none redeemable assets are pledged against this debt?

federal reserve notes are backed at 100% by a number of assets as non-redeemable debt instruments which include at any time 5-15% of gold certificates, US Treasury Notes, stocks in mortgage companies, bonds in municipal corporations, and all the land, buildings, and other infrastructure owned by the federal government?. the state and federal government own 40% of the land in this country - that is worth some $20 trillion.

just the public rights of way that make up the roads and rails in this country are valued at about $7.5 trillion, which is more than all the public debt in this country.

That's the best reason to dismantle the Fed with words and paper instead of Guns and bullets.
Dismantle them we will.

We must.

It's the alternative thats just plain crazy.

Good point law, it could happen, and monkeys might fly out of my butt! :D ;)

Did the Fed raise interest rates again today? ???

Credit where credit is due, you're right on this one Tunga.  What the fuck would they want to deflate the money supply for?

you have to say exactly why we must and it must be compelling...

If one of the defense attorneys or one of the accused stormed out of the courtroom because they didn't like the verdict, he would be held in contempt of court.  Who do these judges think they are, anyway?  They are supposed to be impartial, and merely navigate the proceedings ... not actively work for a desired verdict.

At underreported.com there is a story about a judge who banned the mention of the constitution in his courtroom. This happens all the time, judges think they are God.

Because they own and control the system and use it for their personal gain just as the movie pointed out.

No particular part. The movie as a whole made me feel physically ill and understand that the U.S. is in even worse shape than I had realized.  I think the quotes from the New World Orderers, and the judges who proclaimed "I am the law" were the worst parts.  And what Katherine said about the new "No Chicken Left Behind" law afterwards was pretty freaking creepy, too.
It seems to make a difference when people see video of bad things the government has done.
I thought his movie was pretty tame overall, but there is something about watching women getting tasered by cops.

you mean they privatize the interest that is socially created (no labor contributed on their part) on what is essentially a human construct (paper as a medium of exchange) as part of the social commons?

why would you object to that when it is ok for landowners?

True, I was pretty disturbed by that.

You know you really are trying the patience of people on this board. Because the government is supposed to be the only one to issue the money, not give the job to bankers who control us by printing as much as they want and raising and lowering the interest for their personal gain!

This has nothing to do with land owners WHATSOEVER!

FrankChodorov

QuoteThis has nothing to do with land owners WHATSOEVER!

it is fundametally the same issue...

government granted privilege allows the natural commons (land) and social commons (currency) to be enclosed and then be able to privatize what is socially created values where they contibute no labor:

1. the return on land is the socially created value called "economic rent"
2. the return on money is the socially created value called "interest"

this shifts costs (negative externalities) onto society violating our absolute rights to the fruits of our labor and thus our right of self-ownership.

Ah, so now interest on loans is up for grabs with your scheme of spreading the wealth.
