The website says you can buy it for $100 but the price should be less by then.

Hi, all:

I am very familiar with Aaron Russo's new film because I flew to Los Angeles to spend a day filming a segment for it. (I also got to meet G. Edward Griffin, who is in the film, while I was there.) Aaron is a gruff, likeable bulldog with a heart of gold. I can't say enough good about my experience working with him on this film.

I am so glad the movie is coming to New Hampshire and I can't wait to see how it all turned out. I am sure Aaron would be open to showing it at PorcFest. That's a great idea!

Hollywood Showing Overwhelmed
1000 Show For Russo Screening
of "America.From Freedom to Fascism"

On Thursday evening, approximately 1000 Americans gathered in Hollywood to view producer Aaron Russo's compelling new feature film on the ongoing battle for Freedom inside America.

The Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills, which seats almost 500, was overwhelmed by the overflow crowd which in the end, was forced to wait outside in a long line stretching down the block until WTP Chairman Bob Schulz and Aaron Russo reworked the agenda in order to accommodate two showings of the film, "America ... From Freedom to Fascism" that evening.

All told, the approximately 750 who got to see the screenings were markedly enthusiastic, and as at previous screenings elsewhere, gave the film and Russo rousing ovations.

Russo has just released a streaming preview of the movie: http://www.freedomtofascism.com/. The trailer is currently available in Quicktime and IPod formats. We urge everyone to watch the short preview and distribute the trailer link far and wide.

Following the showing this Sunday in Atlanta the next showings of Russo's new film will be next weekend in Medford/Ashland, Oregon (Sat. 3/11) and Portland, Oregon (Sunday 3/12) and Spokane Washington (Monday evening 3/13).  The following weekend (March 18/19) the film screens in Chicago, Illinois and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The film was pretty good.  Definitely worth a watch!

Ed Griffin is a very courteous man, who dresses and speaks impeccably. He struck me as extremely knowledgeable and very smart. (His personality comes through shiningly in Aaron's movie.) I felt fortunate to have worked alongside such talented and passionate people. What a blessing!

Ian: I haven't seen the film yet. Since you've seen it I can ask you -- Did the part about national sales tax and how it will allow the government to track us make it into the final version?

FTL_Ian

I do not recall anything about the national sales tax.  There was an extended segment on RFID however.

It's also possible this was not the final version of the film.

This might jumpstart the freedom movement in the respective states over and above the FSP.  Maybe there is hope after all.  I will be viewing it in Ann Arbor on 3-19. I'm anxious to see it and will be taking many friends. Hopefully this movie can make it to the movie theaters this summer. I wonder if any TV advertising is planned for promotion of this doc.

AlanM

Watched the trailer, powerful. I definitely want to see this film.

Friday

Former Libertarian Party Presidential contender and movie producer Aaron Russo has a new film called America: From Freedom to Fascism.
I've seen Aaron speak, and I'm betting that this film will be a blood-boiler!  Our friend Catherine A. is in the movie, too!  Check out the preview at the URL below.  There will be an advance screening in Londonderry on 3/26.  Who all wants to check it out?

I'm hoping I can go.

But I knew there was something not quite right about Russo...
