Hmm I'm not trying to 'work against her'. As far as I know Kat did not pay her school portion of the taxes, so I assume she owns property otherwise, what tax bill is she getting?

First I'm not saying anything to work 'against' you, as you know, (but the poster doesn't) and second, if you did not pay your school portion of the taxes, that must mean you own your house right? Or you would not be getting a property tax bill at all!

Several times you have refered to your landlord and that you live in a trailer park.  I just guessed that meant that you rented a space for your mobile home in your landlords trailer park.  Is that wrong?

But I don't think it is like a Condo fee.  Don't you own a part of the land if you have a condo?  If so, than you pay a keep fee and not rent.  However, with a trailer park, the land is usually rented from the landlord.  So, Kat rents her land and owns her house and as long as she lives there, she will pay monthly rent.

But we were talking about losing my house for not paying taxes, which is true, since I own it, not rent.
