So Loyde

If you knew that 100 other people were going to revolt, and stop paying taxes, as long as they new everybody else of the hundread and you would do it if they did too, would you do it?

Does the Keene Free Press need to sponsor a Keen pledge drive?

"I'll stop paying property taxes as soon as 100 other people agree to stop paying them with me." ?

If it was the IRS they may get life in jail for this.  NH likely has laws against this, also.  They may not be as bad, or may be worse.

Tarcye,

It would be an interesting way to get a feel for how many people were willing to do it.  You could have people make a SOI and if you didn't get, say,  20,000 in 5years, or 3 years or ? (you could keep changing it), you could let them off the hook.

Dreepa

Lloyd two excellent posts in a row... you are on a roll.

You coming to Margot's on Sat?

Lloyd Danforth

Yes, if the people I'm riding with are still talking to me ;D

Dreepa

My out of country guests leave at 3pm should we are planning on going.. unless I get paged (I am on call this week).

FTL_Ian

20,000 is way too high.  That's the entire population of Keene.  I think Tracy is right, and 100 would be a HUGE monkeywrench.

Lloyd Danforth

Yah, you're probably right.  I just used a familiar number. ::) :P
