I'm the last to complain about spelling/grammer (mine's atrocious, I know.) But, I couldn't quite decipher this statement. 

I will say this. If the cops hadn't been their, their wouldn't have been corrupt cops to steal and loot. But the real issue, is that the federal government forced all the law abiding people out, if it hadn't done that and the law abiding people had still been their, their would still have been decent people around to defend their property and their neighbors.
