Now, my opinion is that NSC and FEMA probably have worked out plans for suspension of the Constitution. But, Jack Brooks asking a question based on newpaper reports does not prove the alegation.

The fact Jack Brooks didn't get an on air direct answer to his question speaks louder than words to me.
The body language and reaction to Jack Brook's question screamed treason.

I think you are on the money Dreepa. 

Myself I think they most likely did not come up with their contingency plan to be evil,.... but as a typical nanny type government mentality to do it for the peoples best interest.

Suspension of the Constitution was provided for a long time ago with a previous Presidential Order.

In fact, FEMA wasn't even formed under Constitutional law but instead was made by Presidential Executive Order - this means that it became law merely by being published as such. In comparison, both the US Military and the CIA must report directly to Congress. A reading of the list of Executive Orders related to FEMA is quite unsettling.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media. Some TruthVendor readers may agree with the editors here that this has probably happened already.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision. In the event of a nuclear attack, it seems that the US Government wishes to return to the slavery its citizens fought to leave behind so long ago.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis. FEMA can do what they want whenever they want (and they alone defined the meaning of "tension" and "crisis").

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

That is true...they keep talking about it on the news. If sufficient fear can be stirred up, they figure they can get a 'Barnesian' reaction out of the people!
