Yep. He "plays" right wing ideologue.

One really good idea he uses is that instead of the guests walking in and sitting down for the interview, he runs over to where the guest is sitting. He waves his arms and it is obviously about him, not the guest.

Funny stuff, especially his over the top "patriotism".
