From Dawn Lincoln:

If you would like to discuss plans for what's next with HB406, I
encourage you to come to the Hopkinton Library this Saturday from 10 -
noon. (Thanks to Diane Lachance for arranging this central location!)

Working via email can be slow to produce results and I think an actual
meeting would help bring quicker resolution and a better overall plan.

I would like to use this session to work on the steps to take from this
point forward. I think the testimony for the public hearing is the most
important thing at this time. Perhaps we can brainstorm points to made in
support of the legislation, see if there are specific people comfortable
with making any of these specific points we come up with, etc. etc.

I realize Saturday won't be good for many people and that it is very
short notice. We were thinking that Saturday might be the best day since
there may be a spouse home who could watch the kiddies if they'd prefer
to stay home then go to another meeting! This could also be something
that hubby is interested in attending and helping out with. And with
hearings on T/W/TH, I thought it best to schedule this meeting sooner
rather than later. Since there are 10 days notice required before a
hearing, the good news is that it won't be next week, but could be as
soon as the week after next.
