I noticed the Union Leader article reffered to their home as a "compound." That doesn't bode well!

They also said the Browns answered the phones:   At the Browns' home, the Browns answered a telephone call from The Associated Press by saying: "This is the Lord's House. This is Sister Elaine and Brother Edward."

Just like WMUR.  Is that the way the Browns speak?  I don't know them but it seems like it's being made to appear as another Waco.

That is indeed how they speak on their radio show.  For example, when the Appeals court sent them a notice last week it was returned with "Returned to Sender-Refused-Handwritten: "Not Here at the Lords House" on it.

The longer they stay in the house, the more heavy handed the "I'm the Body of the Lord" stuff has gotten.  Don't ask me to explain what it means.

Thanks!  My paranoia is at an all time high right now.  I can't help but feel there's more to this than what meets the eye. I'm going to try to make some phone calls now that Dada posted.  I'll post any responses I get.

It means they've been held captive & persecuted far too long by the threat of exactly what's happening today. I cannot even begin to imagine the strain that would put on a person.

The bit about being kept several miles away isn't really true. I drove down there about 1:30PM (Eastern) to see what was up. Stage Rd. isn't blocked from the east, only the west. I went a bit of the way up Center of Town Rd, where there are three State Troopers' cars. The troopers are wearing their short pistol grip shotguns today. I asked them what the real story is - they said residents on the road are allowed to pass to go to their homes. Media is apparently being corralled at the west end of Stage Rd. All others are not being permitted to proceed beyond their checkpoint. There was nothing happening at that point that could be heard from that vantage point. WMUR has its satellite truck up at the Stage Rd. media location.

Elaine is live on the RBN radio show right now. She says the authorities have left.

You know how elderly people sometimes get more religious at the end of their lives when faced with their own mortality or the same can be seen by inmates on death row, I would guess this to be the same thing.  Not to put a damper on things but Ed and Elane may very likely be killed in a shoot out.  I would imagine they are expecting to be killed.  That fear is likely to push anyone further to making their piece in whatever method they need to with God.

Is there a link to audio coverage?

How can cops/swat/atf kick people out of their homes for being neighbors of the Browns?  Is it a crime to stay in your own home?  Would they charge these neighbors with "obstruction" or some crazy shit?

Do we know who is actually there?  Lebanon PD?  Surely these officers have loved ones.  We should talk to their families and see if they'll ask these guys not to shoot someone for refusing to pay taxes...
