There was a small red car with Texas plates blocking Ed's driveway where he used to park the blue pickup.

You didn't happen to check the inspection sticker on the bottom right corner of the front windshield to see what county, did you?

Anyways, is the obvious conclusion that the Feds are going to pull something very late at night to try to get minimal attention?

Well, if people can just found out what happened last time that made it so the Feds didn't attack, and find a way to do that again, that would be the best solution - obviously violence should be avoided at virtually all costs.

I think a great way to deter them would be a ultralight aircraft or a remote control airplane with a  camera attached.. keep on flying over and making them know there being watched.  Ultralights are experimental aircraft so they don't need to follow the normal rules for aviation.. remote controlled vehicle's don't apply at all.  Any one know anyone thtas got a ultralight or into RC airplanes?

I'm back from Ed and Elaine's place. 
Bad news:
Confirming that the power has been out since 10AM or so.
Phone service is undependable - some calls get in but few or none get out.
Their internet is down
Good news:
My cellphone was working, so I left it with them.
No roadblocks, no excessive police presence, no hovering helicopters or staged military vehicles sighted.
There are multiple visitors at the house and more expected soon.
People are working on installing more security cams and monitoring equipment.
We had some excellent pine nut salad, chicken and rice for dinner.

I left about 7:30PM, things were pretty relaxed.
Going back tomorrow will report on Porc 911.

DaDa, we didn't get anything over at MakeTheStand.com.  Register a name, and post news anytime you want.  One of us will give it a look-over and approve it.  We need to keep the news as up-to-date as possible.  There are people in the house that can post and approve, and run the site as well.  We're turning it into our website base-of-operations.

<< I've been told by a roommate that the U.S. Marshals Service was at my home today.

They left a card which says Reuben L. Bugtong, Deputy U.S. Marshal Criminal Investigtor(notice "investigator" spelled incorrectly).

The card says they are out of Las Vegas and the telephone numbers on the card are (tel)702-388-6355 (fax)702-388-6937.

Also on the card is a handwritten phone number 702-303-1841 which I'm assuming is a cell number....

--Over at http://www.google.com for his name: Reuben Bugtong, there are two sites: (1) the first not working, but listing him as from Benguet, in the Philippines http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benguet and who is now a U.S. Citizen, and; (2) the other website http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/inquirerheadlines/nation/view_article.php?article_id=31907 about transporting some prisoner back home on the airplane, allowing no family good-byes, as on a previous mission somebody slipped in a gun and the agent got killed.  He is a Homeland Security Officer and a member of the Los Angeles Police Dept.  WHY he is way over here on the other side of the country is anybody's guess.  Like WHY is Gary here too from western Washington?

Upon advice from a friend in Virginia I've sent an e-mail @ exactly 12:52 a.m. this morning to: fraudnet@gsa.gov since "The GSA has an Office to report fraud" and this is it.

Here's a re-type:

"Why are certain Federal Agencies/Agents allowed unfettered access to operate in a Sovereign State with no written authorization, as in the State of New Hampshire where no RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork has been filed, as well as being in direct contravention of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution which requires 'Consent' of the State Legislature BEFORE they can have jurisdictional authority in which to operate in this State.

The Citizens of New Hampshire hereby challenge Jurisdiction of all Federal Government Agencies/Agents who have unilaterally claimed jurisdiction in this State, without written authority to do so, thereby constituting Intrinsic and Constructive Fraud.  Once Jurisdiction is challenged, it must be proven to exist...the Sovereign Citizens of New Hampshire hereby demand such proof of Federal Jurisdiction, forthwith.  Time is of the essence hereunder.

We did find out about it in advance. And if the marshals are true to form, they're probably going apeshit trying to figure out how the hell I know what they're doing and which hotels they're in. That should tie them up for a day or two.

I'd recommend against gloating.  But I'm glad that apparently nothing violent happened in Plainfield yesterday.  You guys are the best for shining the spotlight on Washington's activity and/or going up there.
