Upon advice from a friend in Virginia I've sent an e-mail @ exactly 12:52 a.m. this morning to:
fraudnet@gsa.gov since "The GSA has an Office to report fraud" and this is it.
Here's a re-type:
"Why are certain Federal Agencies/Agents allowed unfettered access to operate in a Sovereign State with no written authorization, as in the State of New Hampshire where no RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork has been filed, as well as being in direct contravention of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution which requires 'Consent' of the State Legislature BEFORE they can have jurisdictional authority in which to operate in this State.
The Citizens of New Hampshire hereby challenge Jurisdiction of all Federal Government Agencies/Agents who have unilaterally claimed jurisdiction in this State, without written authority to do so, thereby constituting Intrinsic and Constructive Fraud. Once Jurisdiction is challenged, it must be proven to exist...the Sovereign Citizens of New Hampshire hereby demand such proof of Federal Jurisdiction, forthwith. Time is of the essence hereunder.
Sincerely, - - - - - - - - - Joseph S. Haas, P. O. Box 3842, Concord, N.H. 03302, Tel. 603: 848-6059 (cell phone). "
