Ed Brown just said on the radio that there are men crawling around in his woods and that his (grid) power and Internet have been out for a couple of hours now.
...The property taxes of: $__________ having been paid by Ed Brown for his Art. 12 protection! ....
I just tried calling Ed again, a few minutes ago and the phone line is still cut. THE PUC getting my 2-cents @ 2:00 p.m. today at the Executive Council chambers when the Public Hearing

is for its new Commissioner Getz for "Public" meaning all, for: The Public Utilities Commission, but when somebody has a complaint it goes to "Consumer" Affairs, or in other words: only the one eating electricity qualifies on the receiving end, but like they say: of it takes two to tango, to see if this new Commissioner will return it to its rightful name or hide it as really only a "Consumer Utilities Commission." = CUC.

The one telephoning IN, must stay in his own doghouse! Do not pass GO, do not be billed ANYthing more than the tax. Just shut up and pay your federal telephone tax, as for to re-imburse the Spanish American War of 1917 that tax just ended a few years ago BELIEVE IT OR NOT! Now its for 9-1-1, so let's say somebody goes to see Ed and has a heart attack, WHERE is the telephone service for this? for him to get an ambulance there as happened in March I think it was. Didn't Ed already pay this or is going to be billed for this in his next bill? That part for "safety" has been stolen too, as VERIZON- the service provider is selling UN-reliable service!
Anyway, in regards to the latter of Article 12, N.H. Constitution, Part the First & Bill of Rights: "Protection and Taxation Reciprocal". So if no local* or county** protection: then no tax! The Plainfield property they call a "Compound" on over 100 acres is assessed at $572,165 and taxed at $24.50/$1000 (town: $4.13, county: 2.39, school: (a) town: 15.07 + (b) state: 2.91), with the $7,020.00 bill sent out June 1st to pay by July 2 or else interest @ __% is charged. Ed all paid to date. Should Ed pay this? ________ Has the town police chief* or county sheriff** assured him in writing (as by their oaths plus one more) that he or they will do their jobs of "Law Enforcement" to the 100% level? And if not then what percentage (__%) of this bill is for private property protection v.s. protection while in the public arena? And would they please justify their deviation from the law. The minor law, or statute is RSA Ch. 123:1 and the Feds are in the "non-filing" catagory as evidenced by the certificate I did give the Sullivan County Commissioner in Newport on my May 1st visit to their monthly meeting to please alert their Sheriff, who I did also call to read it too, there not merely to collect dust, but to be read and dealt with, per Art.I, Sec.8, Cl. 17 U.S. Const. as the Supreme law of the land.
** Sheriff Michael Prozzo
http://www.sullivancountynh.gov/sheriff/index.htm is at 603: 863-4200 and has some Jack McLamb papers that I'd like to read too, asserting that he/Michael is the CHIEF Law Enforcement officer there even OVER the Feds, plus especially when they/the Feds have failed to honor the mandate as set up back in 1883 by our State Legislature to file the proper documentation with the N.H. Office of Secretary of State BEFORE they have jurisdictional authority to operate n this state. The State Police at the same level of the Legislature or General Counrt and Secretary of State, but who seem to think that they can de-mote themselves to BELOW that of the Feds!? I've called Michael's office for the past two days now to get a day and time/ appointment to read and copy this McLamb file, with no reply yet...
...* in the meantime I did call Steve Haleren, the Town Administrator for Plainfield @ 469-3201 and he did just put me on the Agenda @ 7:30 p.m., next Wednesday, June 20th for their (1st+ 3rd Wed.'s) Selectmen's Meeting that starts @ 6:00 p.m. with them on a road view, then start @ 7:00 p.m. with a resident first, me: second, with all invited to attend my formal personal presentation of this certificate to them and the Chief of Police, Gordon Gillens (at 643-2222 not around either yesterday). So to see them at Town Hall, 110 Main Street in Meriden next Wednesday night.
