UPDATE: 2pm CST - Matt Kazee has now managed to get in touch with Elaine Brown who told him that she had received a call from federal marshall Gary Dimartino who has admitted that the authorities are coming in at some point but "not to kill" the Browns.
Dimartino also denies that the Brown's house guest Danny Riley was shot at, despite Riley's own witness testimony. It is admitted that Riley was tasered.
Kazee has also revealed that local security hacks have heard police scanner radios, on which it has been suggested that two combat robots are going to be sent into the property at some point soon.
1a. TELEPHONE & ELECTRIC. Thanks for the info. I had talked with Gary this afternoon too, and he said the phone line and electric power were not "cut" but merely shut down or turned off, by I presume, some federal directive to both: (1) VERIZON 1-800-585-4466, and; (2) Granite State Electric, 407 Miracle Mile #1, Lebanon, N.H. at either 603: 443-4200 or 1-800-322-3223. As I indicated in my Reply #328 above @ page 21 merged to over here as #3688 on page 246, yesterday= Mon. 6/11 @ 3:04 PM when I called VERIZON, say: service, other then neither got me to Laura Krainen, then to Kathy Harvard in "Repair", ALL of this AFTER I had punched in Ed's #603-675-2909 that should have been to a top-of-the-screen notice that it had been shut OFF by a direcective from the Feds. But under what authority!? The Feds do NOT have any YET here in N.H. They are in a "non-filing" mode as per RSA 123:1 from Art.1,Sec.8,Cl.17 U.S.Const.
1b. THE PUC. I did meet with four of the five Executive Councilors today at the PUC Public Hearing from about 2-3:10 p.m. and Ray W. did mention "user" and then said: consumer in his questioning to Getz, who admitted he is an attorney. I gave them a copy of my Reply #3760 @ page 251 here of today/Tue. 6/12 @ 11:56 AM with the first paragraph circled for not merely "Consumer" but the "Public" that includes both the one who calls and the receiver. Plus while talking with Henry on the phone, the First Amendment "right of the people peaceably to assemble" was mentioned as an assembly is also defined as "4.a. A signal calling troops to assemble" and how can we assemble, like over at Ed's place, if we can't talk with him on the telephone (or by e-mail) to like set up an appointed day and time? Maybe the N.H. Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (at 18 Lowe Ave., Concord, Tel. 225-3080) might be interested in taking our or Ed's case against VERIZON and/or Granite State Electric on a complaint for an executive hearing at the Public Utilities Commission? Which Commissioner Getz, is up for re-confirmation for a vote tomorrow @ 10:00 a.m. + at the G&C, and he did brag about the fact that in his last six (6) year term he only had three (3) cases appealed to the Supremes (where his wife works), and all of which the PUC won.
2. While at the State House I also dropped by to see Karen Ladd in the Secretary of State's Office for a copy of that June 5th '07 letter to them from Christiana Thornton for Senator John E. Sununu at his Nashua Office (170 Main St., 03060, 5767-8960) to where Karen FAXed a copy of my certificate as PROOF of this "non-filing" for her/Thornton who I also talked with on the phone just minutes before my visit to the SofS, that once she gets this, she will investigate for WHO this Federal Officer is who is not doing his job, and WHEN he finaly does file, then that will be further proof of what Ed has been saying is true all along, that the Feds have no jurisdictional authority over him.
3. I did also get a 1-page reply in the mail today to when I did drop off a copy of Reply #3339 on page 223 here of posted last Fri., June 8th @ 12:27 PM and delivered @ eaxtly 3:42 p.m. to the Office of the Field Operations that same day, reading as follows: "June 11, 2007 RE: Your Right To Know Request of June 8, 2007 Dear Mr. Haas: Major Susan Forey asked me to respond to your Right to Know request that you delivered at her office on June 8, 2007. Specifically, you requested a copy of the letter requesting assistance from the 'Marshal's office' to the Division of State Police '+/or memo pads thereto related'. - The Division has conducted a search and it has no documents that are responsive to your request. Please contact me at (603) 271-2791 if you have any questions regarding this matter. Regards, Marta Modigliani, Esq. Office of the Commissioner Cc: Fred Booth, Colonel, Susan Forey, Major" on the John J. Barthelmes, Commissioner letterhead for the Department of Safety at 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03055 603/271-2791. I had met her/Marta before at the LOB during a hearing on Private Detectives, as I was one once IN SEARCH OF...Missing Heirs, and will give her a call tomorrow, since the TOPS FORM 4003 note read "or Treasury" of the United States too. Or was this a "verbal" request by the Feds for State Police assistance?
4. Plus, re: the robots. This is maybe WHY Randy Weaver is heading this way, because one with a red eye was used to up at his cabin before he shot it dead, and then the Feds retaliated and shot his wife dead holding their baby in her arms on their porch. I had written to the Feds back then for a photograph of this robot, but got a written reply of: no.
