LSF Update!

This is an update from the Liberty Scholarship Fund (www.LSFund.org), an organization founded last year by Porcupines.

We're making the transition from dependence upon the donations and volunteerism of Porcupines to independence within the state.  The LSF is looking for local homeschooling groups, private schools, and others to create their own local LSF chapters in a specific town or school.

If you are willing to head up such an effort then here's what you need to know:

-Practically all of the legal paperwork is complete.  You will not need to worry about anything except perhaps a tradename registration if you use another name than LSF in your community.

-We are going to allow local private schools and homeschooling groups throughout New Hampshire to raise funds for the LSF AND keep those funds within their own group, school, or other organization.

-We'll teach you what to do and support you through the simple process of setting up your own local chapter and raising funds for it.

-We should have tax-deductible 501c3 status within the next four months.

This town- and school-based strategy will help activate people around New Hampshire. This is real and it's happening right now.  Get involved if you care about creating more non-government learning opportunities for children.

Please let me know if you would like to create or work with a chapter in your community by e-mailing or calling me:

Is anyone interested in possibly starting an LSF chapter in their local community?
