The Institute for Justice filed a First Amendment lawsuit in New Hampshire Tuesday 6/13/06.

Bob Ewing, of the Institute for Justice, sent an email following his receipt of the FSP News about this new First Ammendment lawsuit just filed.  We spoke about it and they'd love to get the support of in-New Hampshire people, so I am passing this along here!  It looks like a terrific opportunity to work with IJ in NH!

Here's some initial info that he sent to me.  I'm sending him the link to this thread too.

Please feel free to post these links on your Forum, encouraging anyone interested in learning more about it -- or how to get involved -- to contact me.  We'd love to get grassroots support for the First Amendment featured in the NH media: letters to the editor, op-eds, phone calls to talk radio, contacting congressmen, etc.

We'd like to consider a First Amendment rally in Concord at some point in the near future.

Let's definitely keep in touch.
Thanks!
Bob

I saw the article...... It is a great move. This could lead to a court precedent (sp?) for other business decertification.  ;D

called the company which is suing, left them a message asking if we can help them and how.
