First I want to say, I find this deplorable on the part of the town of Pittsburg, second I'd like to say that this man should have taken the appropriate action and filed with the OSC before whining to the newspaper.

Brendon McKeage sounds like a Professional Public employee to me. How effective can he be at any of the three jobs he has, or, might have, when he can be called away from any of his jobs(police chief,jail guard, national guard) do to an emergency at one of the others?
