Somebody with a problem responded inappropriately. Now all this todo over the response and NOBODY has addressed the problem. Fix that and I'll bet he would take the sign down.

I think it means, 'takes one to know one'

As someone with a 43 year old developmentally delayed brother, I think I would be offended, but then again, my brother would not be on out of control throwing rocks at the neighbor's kids because my  parents would not allow him to be roaming the area alone, especially with a mentality of age 5.

Sensetivity training?

My God, I am not an aggressive or angry person by any standard, but I think a persistent sensitivity coach would find himself exposed to my ugly side.
