Tracy's signature & suspect Washington quote

I actually spent the time just now to read tracysaboe's overlarge signature (mostly with the intent on having a vote as to whether it is cool or annoying) and noticed this:

However, a google search on exactly that turns up less than 10 links, all on web forums, like this one talking about chinese motorcycles, of all things ("focusdchaos"?)

Anyways.... can you attribute the source of this quote, please?

I cut the Washington Quote and the Booster Gold one.

I've been using the Washington quote for years. It's run it's course.
