It's moderated by Lew Rockwell's Stephen W. Carson.  We've been digging libertarian stories for a few weeks now with lots of success. Information is also in the digg thread.

He does ask that you submit no more then 2 stories a day -- to keep quality up and not innundate all of us with e-mails.
