Asking the IRS/ICE agents in Keene to quit. 8/3

Since this is an ongoing civil disobedience campaign called "Tilting at Windmills", it is time to act again this week.

Tilting at Windmills is my term for daring to attack the US government ..... the most powerful empire known to mankind. They are evil and need to be stopped, but violent warfare is not moral or effective. We also do not have any violent weapons that can beat the feds, so we must embrace nonviolence.

The first step, here in Keene, was to kick the federal officials out of our town. We have 3 offices that I know of here. The IRS office on main street is above the post office. The SSAdmin is near the central square. The military recruiters are on Winchester St. across from Walmart. The IRS office is the biggest and most resembles a "fed building", so that was our first target.

On Thursday 7/27 we attempted (http://forum.soulawakenings.com/index.php?topic=4531.0) to distribute this flyer (http://www.republicofnh.org/brochure.pdf) to the IRS workers. The ICE employees were waiting for us and arrested me a couple of times (http://forum.soulawakenings.com/index.php?topic=4584.0). So we were thwarted the first time.

This time I will try to take 1 flyer to 1 IRS employee and have a conversation about the evils of the federal government and the need for them to quit. I will also most likely talk to the security guys. If anyone wants to join us we will be in front of the IRS/post office building at noon, Thursday 8/3 with anti-tax and war signs. Bring your bib overalls and pitchforks if you have them. :pitchfork:

this is great, the dark glasses will have to keep arresting you for basically nothing, or give way.  Or hold you for hard time or shoot you.   They lose every way.

Hey dark glasses dudes... a couple words from someone you and i surely both respect:

"Never give in *except* to convictions of honor and good sense."

- Winston Churchill

Honor and good sense dictate Russell has a right to hand a piece of paper to an Internal Robbery Squadron agent relating to his public duties at his public office.  If you have those qualities, of honor and good sense, you will give in to them.

And now, back to our regularly schedualed program.

Federal Protective Service (FPS) protects federal buildings and the employees within them through measures such as risk assessment, security and surveillance support, and safety education.

Russell, just a thought.  Saturday I got to see "America: Freedom to Fascism".  One of the things that struck me was that the X-IRS agents that had resigned had done so because they were asked the question "what is the law that says we have to pay income tax?"  They could not find one because it does not exist.

Now personally, law or no, I believe taxes are theft, but maybe this is something to ask them; to get them thinking.  Not only are they supporting an evil government, they are doing so in violation of it's own rules.

Since they didn't want to be filmed yesterday, maybe they were not as proud of their actions.

I am going to leave that for someone else to do. I am wanting to just show them that I oppose all government.
If anyone wants to join me in Keene and ask them this question, I would be very happy to stand beside you. :)
I think that would also be a cool idea for anyone that can't make it here. You could just walk into the IRS office and ask "show me the law" and walk out again. 8)

Wasn't Kira with you last time?  Perhaps you should both go try to deliver one flier each.  See if they'll arrest her.  That would make them look REALLY bad.

Russell Kanning

She could have if she wanted to..... I guess she didn't want to.

Kat Kanning

She decided she was scared of being arrested after seeing me do it.  I think I screamed too much.

Parenting is tough.  One little overreaction and you pale your child's attitude about getting arrested.

They'd either get rid of the camera first or take it away after the fact and deny they even did it.
