What "unlawful assembly" claim?  Was that while some of you were taking a walk, or after I left?  What was the reasoning behind it?  As far as I could tell, nobody in our group did anything unlawful.  The 3 officers who were left after the rally was over went a little overboard I think, but I'll assume that they were just ignorant.  I hadn't talked to them beforehand.  The friendly officers who I had talked with  earlier had left after they realized that we were harmless and were not going to cause any trouble.  I think the 3 remaining officers were just looking for an excuse to hassle us.
The Superintendent of the jail told the guy who was carrying a sidearm that he would prefer that he didn't carry it on county property, but the sheriff said that there was no law against it, so he could carry if he wanted to.

Why don't you ask the Feds?

1) The information is not terribly important. 2) They wouldn't tell me anyway. 3) I choose to have as little as possible to do with any "feds".

It's not my place to name folks... some people coming out to an event for the first time might be a little nervous.

In the videos I only credit folks that have speaking roles.

There were a couple folks I didn't recognize.  I was wearing a tan short sleeved dress shirt and OD green slacks, sunglasses and some facial hair.  There were close to 20 people who showed up.  I have over an hour of video, but I haven't decided what I'll do with it yet.  I need a better camera.

Other than every statist's eyes bulging out of their heads and the occasional 911 call, harassment, interrogation, sneak-up-from-behind arrest, and call for backup, not much happens when people open carry.

But if everyone open-carried, the police would probably run away and call in a precision air strike.
