this is a bad prospect in Concord as a brand new Gold's gym has recently opened...

A sign is posted in front of the door. I know nothing except that the building is a steam customer. The building is owned by Ciborowski so it is just the business one would be buying. Rent would be one of your costs.

And, yes, Frank, Gold's Gym has opened on Hall St, about a mile or so south of this location. But there is also YMCA as competition.
