hay I have olny appuled and never smite, yet. but I will only smite to people who diserve it.

Kat, can we applaud/smite as an adjunct homeschool lesson on spelling and keyboard skills?  ;D

Yeah. I saw that too. She really should stop trying to be me. I mean I'm flattered and all, but she should really find her own person.

Spelling isn't an issue compared to wisdom. How many children do you know who have informed opinions on anything of any relevance to the world? Kira's clearly smarter than most in that department.

Besides, most people do not J their own posts.

Oh come on, how many children or adults do you know who have informed opinions on anything of any relevance to the world? :P

Yeah, is she trying to get Tracy's goat, or, is spelling something that never comes up in homeschooling.
Grammar, and, punctuation, are, equally, important, as, is, spelling.

:)

I'm just goofing with you. Everybody here is always on my case about spelling, grammer, punctuation, etc. Mainly I simply don't reread my posts.

I've gotten better though!

That was one of your better posts -- only one error :)

Hey braddog, nice new avatar!   :o

Y'mean it?  It's just something I photoshopped together this evening :)
A comment on your avatar.

In the traditional Anarchism symbol (the Circle A), the A does not protrude outside of the circle.
That is a portrayal those that associate Anarchism with chaos often give it, and the painting of it red is also a portrayal given to the Circle A by anarchy-haters.

The circle around the A is supposed to remain unbroken, as it represents Order (the A and O together in the symbol stand for "Anarchy is Order") and also the anarchist protecting him/herself from violent people.

Here is a real Circle A:

PS:  Sorry to go off-topic but this didn't seem worthy of it's own thread.

Mmmm, interesting.  I'll think about changing the "Circle A" in my avatar.

KBCraig

Makes sense. The spray-painted "A" has been co-opted by by those pseudo-anarchists who destroy property and oppose capitalism, while demanding socialist solutions. It reflects chaos, disorder, and destruction, just like they do.

While that matches the popular misconception of what anarchy is, it's very inaccurate.

We're the first anarchocapitalist movement in 744 years (as far as I am aware). We must prove again, for the first time in 744 years, how inaccurate the popular misconception of anarchy really is.

KBCraig

We're drifting off topic now, so Kira can smite us if she wants to.  ;)

But I'm really sick of seeing the news refer to smashers, destroyers, and looters as "anarchists", when those "anarchists" are demanding universal healthcare and a government-mandated "living wage".

Alan Keyes' daughter Maya comes to mind: her Wikipedia entry (and her blog) identify her as an "anarchist that believes things such as access to health care, education, housing, food and jobs are not privileges for those who can afford them, but basic human rights."

I think someone's playing fast and loose with the dictionary.  ::)
