Just build a large hill with lots of dirt, then reinforce it with trees and other stabilizing plants, and then proceed to build your house.

Uh finding a flat lot in Grafton will be an undetaking, Water on hills is not a problem in NH trust me There are no swamps on the SIDES of our hills.
