Minor Victories Against the IRS

Somehow a small part of the IRS code has been allowed to be truthfully called out as unconstitutional.  Admittedly it only declares that compensation for emotional damages in a litigation can't be taxed as income, but its a start.   I predict they will mobilize their forces to get this appealed and beaten down though, as the rest of their house of cards depends on it.

Dude,

The whole IRS code, what is it, Title 26 of the U.S. Codes?, is a sham, an obfuscation, a diversion from reality.

The reality: government is criminal.

   Irwin Schiff rocks!  I've been listening to him occassionally on shortwave radio for a few years now.  He's very outspoken and has his ducks in a row.  We need more people like him.
