Manwhich from Free Talk Live says the same thing.

One Christian that I know of says Paul wasn't a prophit and his ideas didn't start with "Thus sayeth the Lord" and therefore the things he says aren't universal truth for the most part, but specific advices to the people he was writing too.

Not sure I agree with that, but it's one idea.
