Russell and Shawn were joking that each week the stand-in host would say Shorty was on vacation or whatever.

I would be willing to make "bumpers", little video pieces that would introduce and transition between segments.

example: (following S & R's idea)
The Dunkin Donuts Cop Watch (or whatever we call it) would be a high energy montage of cop cars zooming around, lights a blazin', then a shot of cruisers at the donut shop with the crickets chirping. This could be followed by a reading of the local police reports with comic commentary.

We will do some filming in the studio and some outside. We might set up a couple times a week that we always film so people can start scheduling their time. Sean will be setting up the times.
Since Sean doesn't post here, we will just have to guess what his plans are. He is sean but not heard here in Keene. You will recognize him by his CheshireTV t-shirt.
We will be filming city meetings. Ask questions of government officials. Do man-on-the-street interviews/questions. Do live reporting from Iraq/Iran/Lebanon. Film in studio interviews.
