I'm taking the required pre-test course for my New Hampshire Real Estate Agent License.
I don't perceive that I'll have a problem getting my license or getting hired. What I am worried about is making enough sales/listings to eat, given that I'll be starting in the winter, which isn't usually consider a big real estate season. I'll post again when I'm licensed and hired by a broker. I anticipate that this will happen By or before the first week of November. If anyone is looking for property in Southwest New Hampshire, and you plan on working with an agency, let me know.
That goes for any sellers out there too.
