I've got to sell my house before I move and it's not sold yet.  ???  The real selling season here is the Spring they tell me, so I plan to let the listing expire this week and do some more of the fix-up work on the property that my agent said wouldn't matter, and put it back on the market in the Spring.

Not what I anticipated happening, but I'll be there soon.  Thanks for your encouragement, my friends!   :-*

I accepted an offer on my house today!  It is contingent upon the house inspection and any price negotiations surrounding that...

but, I am elated!  ;D ;D ;D  The contract says we close on or about June 28th.
