They are trying to do it in Chicago too.

It is pretty funny, but Chicago banned foie gras a couple of months ago. Now there is more froe gras being consumed in Chicago than on any day before the ban. Restaurants that had never served it before, are serving it now. If you are a goose, it is not safe to come here! The owners either give it away or have named it something else, but in anycase they are just not obeying the law. Hope the New York restaurant owners will just ignore the law.

Chicago's is only for fast food
NYC is for all restaurants, even very small ones
