Existing projects that the freedom movement can adopt

I've done Freecycle a few times out in WA. The stupid yahoo group got messed up and I haven't been in the loop for a couple of years now though. It was a good way to get/get rid of stuff, and could easily tie in to other offerings to the needy. Another thing that's useful is groups like the Christina foundation, which take computers and consumer electronics and give them to non profit ed centers for job training, etc. I've done this as well. At least many of the affiliate groups are non governmental, and with those that are, at least you're giving the crappy system a boost without increasing taxes for everyone else for another five minutes or so 8-).
