As for Lauren's treatment... I think Judges and Prosecutors should have to eat one meal a week with the prison population. Just to give them the full -5 star treatment they could also sleep one night a week on the thin pad they call a mattress.

For many judges and prosecutors, a life sentence is too short.

Kira is fasting for Lauren too...for today  :D

Kat Kanning

Hey I just realized...if I stop the fast at Lauren's trial, I'm halfway through the fast now.

OK.  I about blacked out from standing up too fast yesterday.  Sometimes my muscles ache.  Other than that, I've been fine.  I like the weight loss  :D

Pat K

Blacked out? Yikes please be careful.

Kat Kanning

I haven't been dizzy today.  I just have to stand up carefully.

More information about fasting than you probably want to know (If anyone's interested)

Six days... not bad. :)

Fasting is a great catalyst for changing one's diet because I think one's body communicates that it needs more nutritional food after a fast.
