Free Lauren Ann Canario
« on: October 20, 2006, 10:06 PM NHFT »
(Sorry to jump into the Ladies thread here, but I have been wondering.)

Is there a bus full of Liberty Ladies going down to CT?
Or is this kind of activism mostly just a guy thing?

Lauren deserves all of our support.
Please - if you can - continue/or start to make phone calls this weekend.
Thanks Kat.

Still there's nobody home? The FEDS must be VERY happy.
When early mover woman won't (not even symbolically) support Lauren, it is no wonder the FSP has such a hard time recruiting other woman. If/when the FSP fails, don't blame the men.

Surely there will be women at the demonstration on Wednesday...

Is it really important that we all show up together "as women"?

Also, you may not agree with in-the-system types, but there are a lot of women who are "doing something"; you can't blame the FSP failing on a lack of support for one kind of activism.

Thank you ---honestly--- for responding!
The more woman who show up to support Lauren in Concord - NOW - the better.
LAUREN HAS SUPPORTED (more than most will ever know) "in-the-system" activists.

I will/can only blame myself if we fail! I am not "in charge of" assigning blame to others. THANKFULLY, I'm only in charge of myself.  :)
Thanks Kat.

Hmm.
Thanks for reminding me of something.

OH and BTW - Woman who are not sure about supporting "just one" woman (or, should I say, "one just" woman) should consider that there may also be violence - FED violence - against another woman on that day.
PLEASE SUPPORT LAUREN & KAT!
Please!
Thanks Kat.

It's a bit too far for me to be able to make it, but I would if I could--and I'm half female on my mother's side . . .
