Court rules police can be taped

I wish (b) could be "public servants", and indeed a number of people have suggested that, but the possible counters to it pretty much guarantee it'll never make it through the House, much less the Senate.

I just got off the phone with Michael Gannon, and he was very excited to hear about this case. I sent him the link to the article, and invited him to come by the forum.
