You came out of your obscurity for that?

Yeah, I'm really angry about it right now.

My obscurity? You flatter me. : ) Thanks.

But really, I'm sick of people who believe Muslims are peaceful.

Watch for a future essay on Churchill.

That was very hatefilled.  I would have had no problem with the hate if it was at least funny or factual, but nope.  Thanks anyway.

Also, what does this have to do with freedom in NH or anywhere?  So what if some atheists don't like muslims.

Yeah, I hate Islam. It wasn't my video, of course, I just ran accross it.

Nothing funny about Islam.

And how are we going to have freedom in New Hampshire if Iran places the world under Sharia law (as they have declared is already the case)? That is myopic and shortsighted to suggest Islam has nothing to do with freedom in New Hampshire. Freedom and rights have to be defended on absolutley every front, including against religion.

If Iran comes here and tells us what to do .... we will not cooperate with them either. :)
Right now they seem to have no power over any of us ..... but the feds are enslaving many.

Whatever. I've met plenty of muslims who werent about to kill me, or anyone else.

I've met plenty of gov employees who just wanted their weekly check. i'm still fighting the gov.

What is true of a part is not true of the whole. On the whole, Islam is violent, anti-life, anti-freedom, anti-man, anti-earth.

You think the Muslimks aren't telling us what to do? We're not even allowed to publish cartoons of Mohommed.  :-X They are giving us direct instructions which violate America's constitution and the rights to free speech guarenteed by many Western governments.

And I think the Iranians, rather than coming here and telling us what to do, will just send us a nice nuke from the arsenal they are currently building. We need to do to Iran like we did to Germany in WWII: DEFEAT THEM, DESTROY THEM, BOMb THEM INTO ANOTHER STONE AGE!

Oh wait, the savages are already in a stone age...

Those cartoons were published in the entire state on NH, online (1000s of images) and offline in papers.  I heard even the Union Leader (NH's major newspaper) published them.   Seriously, what are you talking about?

a small list of the places you can see the images, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_newspapers_that_reprinted_Jyllands-Posten%27s_Muhammad_cartoons
a sample of a place in NH that published the images offline, http://www.campusprogress.org/features/775/why-we-published-the-mohammed-cartoons

Freedom of speech doesn't require any media outlet to publish something, does it? If any of the large media outlets had CHOSE to publish the cartoons there would not have been any enforcement response from the government. I don't believe government officials making statements about the images being offensive had anything to do with them not being published in these outlets.

Muslims object to the publishing of cartoons that ridicule their religion.

I object strongly to cartoons that ridicule Jesus and Christianity. I support the right of the people to create and print them, but if I ran a paper, I wouldnt.

And I'm sure muslims would be whining that they "weren't allowed" to print sacreligious cartoons, even when their own papers were free to.

But honestly, you'd do good to get the hatred out of your heart and start accepting the fact that Muslims are people too, and their religion is as violent as each individual interprets it to be. Same for any religion.

Some did, including two of the largest papers on earth.

And that is one of the main points of objectivism, we are all individuals.
